Goals

My Goals for Reno are listed here because I want to make sure that I am teaching to her level. Here is what I'd like to work towards with Alice this year:

Literacy:

• Identify Sounds of all letters
• knows the difference between a letter and a word 
• take me on a picture walk
• begins to push sounds together
• continues to love books and reading 

Math:

•  Recognizes and Identifies numbers 1-30 
• Counts to 50 or higher 
• consistently complete a pattern
• group objects by certain characteristics
• grasps the 1:1 ratio
• begins add and subtract using objects

Fine Motor

• Can use scissors to cut out an object 
• hold a pencil correctly 
• writes first and last name 
• writes all letters uppercase and lower case
• writes numbers 1-20 
• draws shapes 
• draws people animal, etc 
• button, snap, Velcro, zip, lace 

Gross Motor

• hop
• balance
• skip
• throw ball
• catch ball
• kick ball 
• continue to swim and work on gymnastic skills
