Farm Animals!
We are now moving from bugs and critters to Farm Animals. This will be exteremly FUN for Reno...she is a major animal lover. She will be reading a ton of books that we checked out from the library. I will update with a book list soon. I have planned a lot of crafts, pulled all our farm animal puzzles, and so forth! Stay tuned for more farm FUN!
Bug Puzzle
More Ladybug Stuff!
Flower Math
I got this activity from Making learning Fun. Again I copied, cut and laminated.
This one was a little difficult for Reno and we do it together to limit frustration. Since we are studying the Farm this month I will continue this activity with her.

Our First Sensory Tub!
The Very Hungry Caterpillar
I have always loved this book... I loved it when I was teaching my 1st graders, and I loved it for my girls. So much so I splurged on the story telling vest and the story telling pieces for this book! Kgirl loved it~still does and so does Reno!
We read the story and then Reno placed all the pieces on the story telling vest. She needed some help to keep the story in order, but I was surprised how much she remember without my help.

Ladybug Math
During our Bug unit we took a trip to the Butterfly Pavilion. It was the perfect spot to learn about these bugs in real life... Alice and I even help a Tarantula!!! She only did it because she got a sticker!

She had the best time finding all the butterflies in the garden,

Playing in the activity room in the beehive and on the spider web!

What s fun day!
